Party Planning

The first step in planning the perfect party is choosing the right venue. We can provide a range of venues and help guide you through the selection process. Some of the venues that we have booked in the past include: Antoine’s, House of Blues, The Creole Queen Paddlewheeler, Muriel’s, Arnaud’s, The World War II Museum, Ralph’s on the Park, Michaul’s and New Orleans Fair Grounds.

The venue sets the ambience, but the entertainers transform a fun party into a spectacular one! Since 1989, Judith Faye Entertainment has offered Destination Management Companies (DMCs), event planners, venues, and social groups in the Crescent City one-of-a-kind, interactive entertainment with a unique New Orleans flair. Below is a sampling of talent that can be booked for your next party celebration: NOLA Psychics, Celebrity Voodoo Priestess Ava Kay Jones, Caricature Artists, Magicians, Handwriting Analysis, Mimes, Revelers, Stiltwalkers, Face Painters, Tattoo Artists, Crescent City Characters, Spa Time Entertainment, Krewe of Comus Costume Shoppe, Second Line Jazz Bands, and more! If by chance you desire entertainment that wasn’t listed, just call and ask us about it. We’ll work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. (We once flew in a world champion Sumo wrestler for an event, so we mean it when we say that anything and everything is possible.)

“Planning a venue and entertainment for our New Orleans event became fast and easy through Judith Faye Entertainment. Judith provided a wide array of venues and a great combination of entertainers to select from. I was able to quickly choose the perfect combination via email and phone. She saved me time, expense and an extra trip to NOLA,” —M. Sansing, Manager of Events Marketing at a National Healthcare Corporation in New Jersey.

How the Party Got Started

From high-energy partying on Bourbon Street to a more elegant affair at a hotel ballroom, restaurant or museum, we can promise your guests will enjoy the celebratory culture that is uniquely New Orleans. What began as a personal passion has now become one of the premier services offered through Judith Faye Entertainment. In 2006, in an effort to rebuild tourism in New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina, Judith Faye set up the Big Easy Queens Council, a chapter of The Red Hat Society. She began inviting Red Hatters from all over to parties in New Orleans, drumming up business for her beloved community. Combining her knowledge of the vast assortment of venues in the city along with her skills for providing quality event entertainment, her parties quickly became legendary among the Red Hatters. When the Red Hat Society decided to hold their International Convention in New Orleans in 2010, they asked Judith to put on her “party planning hat”…red of course! And the rest is history.

“Judith planned dozens of great parties at venues like Margaritaville, Michaul’s Restaurant and House of Blues. ‘Day at The Races’ was a huge hit every year for six years!”—Queen Too Too, Voted National Red Hatter of the Year 2010
